My class 2 weeks ago made dinner for the meet the teacher and the william pike challange. Me and joe made a banana cake with strawberry icing and all of it was gone when we came back and one of my friend ate 6 pieces, It sounds crazy but true. William lead us into the room and told us about how he got his leg gone and he kept going on his trip. He got to the top of mount Ruapehu with his leg. He got his leg gone because it got stuck on rock and mud when Mt Ruapehu was erupting. I liked hanging out with William pike and I had lots of fun going down there and l hope that the people liked my banana cake.
It was indeed a filling repast that your class prepared. I also liked hanging out with William Pike. Can you think of other comparable examples of bravery like William Pike's efforts. I really like the way William Pike has turned adversity into a positive force for good. I look forward to hearing more about your progress with the William Pike challenges.
